The Retreat Bar & Butchers Hook Restaurant
Our main bar and restaurant is located upstairs in the main complex building. Butcher’s Hook serve up fantastic locally sourced meals full of fresh produce, and regularly update their menu with weekly specials.

Sunday Lunch option not available throughout the summer. Sunday Lunch service will resume in September 2024.
You will find a small child’s soft play area for the little ones, and we have regular family entertainment on weekends through peak seasons. Please contact Shear Barn Holiday Park directly for current opening hours and menus.
At The Retreat we can accommodate and cater for group bookings but do require you to book in advance; our venue is also available to hire for special occasions.

The House Bar
The House Bar is our small pet-friendly bar located on the ground floor opposite the swimming pool.
This tends to be open earlier through the week for you to grab a coffee after your morning swim, or a well-deserved drink after a leisurely walk across the country park.
